Good point. But I enjoy every gallon of premium gasoline slurped down by my V8 so much, I just can't imagine poking along in the six. 
But it would be a great cruiser. Does anyone have any idea how many 68 FBs Ford gave I6 engines? I dont know my facts and history real well, but I always assumed most FBs had V8s.
At 4.50 a gallon a sixer ain't looking too bad for a driver

i would drive a I6 68 fastback....
as long as i had another 68 302 fast back when i get home at night.
