Default RE: tranny cooler

Don't use any type of mounting brackets, plastic or not, to attach it directly to or through your radiator. It will eventually compromise the radiator fins.

The best spot for both looks and performance is to zip tie it (or fashion a steel bracket) in the space in front of your radiator. This will allow for both radiator and tranny cooler to get the best air flow.

Mine "floats" in that space with black zip ties neatly and evenly spaced. You can't even see the ties as they blend in. It's been safely there for several years with no probs.

Make sure your hoses are secure. If they hang too far down and they leak after scraping the street, you might not know it until it's too late and your C4 burns up.
