Thanks for the compliments everyone! If all goes well with the weather this week the car should be home some time next week. I can't wait to see the car with the stripes and clear on it. It is hard to believe that my car literally used to be a ruststang lol.

My engine is also going to get repainted to match the stripes that will be on the car so it will appear that the stripe is continuing on the engine.

Are you going to leave the engine bay the body color? I only ask because I, personally, think one of the great things about the older cars was the matte black engine bay. I think it adds a nice contrast to the rest of the car generally.

The engine bay is staying that color.

How much was the blast if you dont mind?

QUOTE=good12hav;5447955]I finally had some time to go see how the Mustang was after being media blasted. I was very happy with the results because I was expecting the worst since the roof had to be replaced. The only trouble spot is the driver side quarter panel, everything else is fine. The dark spots are hand prints.

Default Soooooooo close...

Stripes were layed out today which will hopefully be masked out and the silver will be layed down again tomorrow. They are aiming to have the clear on by EOD tomorrow as well.

What front Apron is that and where is it from? I got the r-model apron from Mustangs Unlimited and it doesn't even come close.
