lol...

someones a little fired up.

Been with my fiance' for 5.5 years. You're right. I don't know anything about relationships. And naturally I'm doing nothing with my life? I have owned 9 classic mustangs, a 71 Thunderbird, 71 LTD, , 5 daily drivers, started and run 4 ebay stores which I sold to new owners, started an ran a brokering firm, buying and selling, importing and exporting everything fromplasma and lcd TVs, to 5 bulletproof armored humvees from Germany (which I moved to Brazil)worked 2 years for Ford, and am presently unemployed and in school to get Microsoft Certified as a Network Architect.

But I'm not doing anything with my life.

And again, if you were around more, you'd know; daddy handed me NOTHING. I haven't spoken to my father in 2 years. He kicked me out of his house 3 monthes ago. When my older sister turned 16, he had a car waiting for her. when I turned 16 he looked at me and said "Hope you've saved some money for a car."

But right, you're going to come in here and bash me and make things up because you're upset life isn't turning out how you want... I just wonder how long till you hit your wife because your upset at a car.

And it wouldn't matter if you DID get banned from the forums. You only use it to vent because the poor little boy's swap didn't go as planned. Read the past 10 pages of these forums. We have had TONS of people recently asking about engine swaps... and every one of them gets plenty of legitimate responses with helpful information and genuinely interesting pieces of information... but you didn't do that, and you only wanna use thie forums as a place for people to feel bad for you, because you f-cked up and it's easy to blame it on anyone else... the auto parts store, summit, jegs, the engine, the car, ford, ME...

But you can't take responsibility for your own actions. Sounds like you are the one that needs to do some growing up and learn more about life. This is YOUR fault. No one, and NOTHING else's. YOURS.

Is there a doctor around because we need a couple chill pills. If you are so frustrated with your car just sell it. After you do go join a Chevy forum and leave the insults behind. If you really want details of a complicated engine swap PM me. I went from a 6 cyl to a EFI blown 302. I ran into just a few (thousand) snags along the way. I guess you have to have cool blue blood running through your body to own a Ford and Feisty red blood if you are a Chevy guy. Good luck to you zgg on the project and thanks for your service.

I was pretty frustrated just a couple weeks ago when the last stages of the build were going every way but the right way. That all ended when I got to drive the car for the first time and no problems came up. It will get better. You will either fix the problems or sell the car.

Welp... just spent 25 minutes typing out a nice long encouraging responce, and our lovely POFS website gave me an error message. I hit the back button, but its all gone. Im not writing it again, so here: Dont give up. However, if you do decide to sell it, post some more info and pics of the car and maybe one of us will take it off your hands with a smile on our face.

Actually, I just read some more posts... You're an ******* and don't deserve to have a classic mustang. Sell it and get you a Chevy. Maybe the next owner will take pride in the car and actually take his time, do the resaerch, and work through the problems. Oh, and maybe he wont start an account on here so he can come on here and whine about every little thing that doesn't go perfectly. We are offering you help, but all you want to do is Bitch about your car. You want us to feel sorry for you because you are in the army, we don't. Unless you were drafted, you had that choice to make, and you knew the chance you were taking with your life. You can go ahead and bash me all you want, but you know nothing about me. You have no idea of what I do, the troubles Ive been through, or the accomplishments I have made in my life. Everybody has trouble with their cars, its part of owning a classic Mustang. Everybody ges disscouraged and needs some support and help sometimes, trust me, Ive been in your shoes. But I didn't come on here and bitch to people about it. I asked for some help and support, and you know what, I got it. The people on this site helped me out a lot. Hell, some people even donated money to me to help get my engine back together. You are not the only one who has these problems. Get that through your head.If you want help and advice, you are welcome here, but if you want to bash everybody and btch at people because you don't like what they tell you, then you are not. That goes for everybody, including you Fordication. Stop the preaching of the351C and bashing of the 351W. Both, like any other engine in the world have their pros and cons. The 351C swap can be difficult too unless you are swapping an entire engine with all of the assecories and external parts. The guy has a 351W, and while it may be difficult and time consuming, it will work. People do it all the time. IT may not be what YOU would do, but thats ok. Hell, I wouldn't put a 2.3 Turbo in a 67, but thats ok too. Somebody else on here does, and it will work out just fine. The point is, everybody has different taste. He chose the 351W, which can be built to be a hell of a power plant. Now, I must admit that I got a little carried away in the 67 2.3 Turbo thread, but you are bashing the hell out of this guy because he didn't choose your "straight from the hand of God" 351 Cleveland. Lay off a little bit dude.

I mean it's a pain in the butt to train and lead Marines
Ain't that the truth. Having served 22 years in the Marines, I can say with some authority that they're all a bunch of idiots!

Zig,

Stand down devil dog. It's easy to lose your cool around here with these "virtual" people, but I guarantee you that everyone really does want to help you get your car up and running.

I live right up the road from you in New Bern. What are you going to do with your car while you're in the sand? I have plenty of room (outside the shop), and just might be able to be convinced to carry out some pro bono type minor work on your car while you're gone.

Get up with me,
Dave

Hey guys, the young Marine is getting ready for his third trip into a living hell. You don't have any idea of what stress is until you're wondering if the sniper rounds arecoming from in front of you or behind you. Cut him a little bit of slack, everyone is entitiled to blow up once in a while. Read back to his original post where he stated "thanks for letting me vent". We all need to vent sometime.
