There are many lights...I am unsure which ones you are talkling off, clock, cluster, ign...

npdlink.com, go get there online catalog then go to schucks or autozone and grab em.

Speaking of lights, does anyone know why my dash lights would work when my brights are on, but not when they are regular? It's not "over spray" from the little brights light. Sorry to add to this.

On an answer note. I replaced mine thinking that they were bad, all I did was take off the instrument cluster, pull one out and took it to the parts store and matched it up. They are all the same size, at least they are in my 67. I'd imagine it would be the same for the 66.

I installed LED lights to replace the old bulbs. They are at least 3 times brighter and now I can see the gauges at night.
The LED kit was 23 dollars for all of the dash lights and you will never have to replace them, ok well maybe in 40 years. I bought the blue ones but they come in Red, Yellow, or Green instead of the factory Blue

Check out the Ebay site for actual pictures of how they look at night

The actual bulb is an 1895, available at any auto parts. They also sell LED replacments for the 1895 at Autozone, I think.

I bought from that seller. Had it in my hands in 5 days from ordering it. The bulbs fit the sockets but are a just a little loose but not a problem. The 66 kit also comes with 2 extra red LEDS. I guess they use the same package for 64 and 65 that have the red idiot lights in the long sweep speedo instrument console. The pictures on the website are pretty close to what I have (blue) at night time.
If you decide to do it, remember to paint the needle tips orange when you have it apart. It is only a couple more screws.
They are also available for most years of Mustangs.
