Harmonic balancer rebuild??

'65 170 6 cyl.

Is it possible to replace the rubber middle layer of the harmonic balancer? Kinda looks beat up.

just buy a new one probably would be the same cost with no turn around time. ive never seen anywhere that provides this service in the 1st place
