Default Universal Taylor Wire Kit

Well I ordered the Thundervolt 50 by Taylor and I cannot wait to get them. I also ordered the vertical loom kit all in blue. Now the question. How difficult is it to run them and make them look professional like the ones I see on several of your photos. I will be running them around the valve covers and is it a pain to make them look right. Anything special about crimping them that I should know? Any input other then drop dead will be appreciated and especially photos. No photos telling me to drop dead either thank you.

Any takers on how to string the universal wires to make them look good?

i made an *** out of it, by pulling #1 wire, cutting the new to lenght and installing.
If you want it looking nice you have to completely forget about the length of the originals.
That said you'll need some clamps for them so they run neatly around the covers (don't know what they;re called. you know what i mean those cable holders/separators).

If I had to do it again I'd install the clamps. then remember which cable goes where on distributor and then put them all onto the plugs, run them where you want them towards the distributor. Mark them and cut and crimp. when marking them be aware that other cables might be in the way later. you can't run it straight to the distributor socket.
In any case I'd leave some few inches safety on each. If cut too short-> big pain

sorry i don't have any proper advise. maybe someone who has it looking neatly can give advise :-]

Yep I bought the taylor vertical wire looms/seperators in the same color so that they matched and because the engine and valve cover are ford blue I made sure the wires were blue. My idea is when I get done all wires under the hood will dissapear as much as possible. That is going to take awhile but the plug wires should look uniform. When I get done I will post pictures of it.
