I can't wait to hear if it's a true 428CJ. 2k is a great price for any fastback/sportroof in that condition with what's in the car.

Waffles I wish I had known you 10 years ago. I would have bought that Cuda in a heartbeat. There's a guy down the road from me with 5 mopar cars and one I was told is a Daytona (big wing and all showing under the cover.

JapanGT I hope you can get it and track down the motor. That would be an awesome car when restored. If nothing else it'd look great next to your 68.

Waffles you hit 1200. No fancy pictures to post for you.

JapanGT have you heard anything yet? Just curious...the suspense is killing me and I want to know before I head out of town tomorrow afternoon.

sigh.
Not that I remember either. Didn't the bad guys drive some big Plymouth...same one they made Roadrunners out of? I do remember that even though the hubcaps kept coming off in the chase the bad guys apparently took the time to stop, find them, and put them back on because they kept reappearing on the car.

hey man if the car does turn out to be a 428 car, my boss has several 428's and 3 original 428cj motors, one of which is dated for 1970, in his garage, now if you are interested in say a 427 side oiler or the mini-legend of the 427 sohc, yea that's right he's got one, i'm sure i could put in a good word for you

Yeah I think it was a 69 Charger. I'm considering picking one up and going pro street with it... sad thing is, I had my idea for mine in my head before fast and furious came out, but thats exactly it... so now everyone would just relate it to that movie.

Triple Black, Tubbed, Rollcage, 440-6 with a blower, and prolly some wheelie bars
