no its not actually. my dad has the same in his 66. its not rough AT ALL. every mustang is different

 

No, they're not. They all have the same suspension from the factory (for any given year and engine), and they'll all respond to stiff springs just about the same. "Stiff" to some people is different than to others, but I doubt you'd want to be driving around on the crappy roads in this town with 620's, let alone cut 620's.
