5 lug swap on '66
if you have 4 lugs all around then it's probably a 6cylinder mustang or it has been one.
I have no idea if there are possibilities with conversion plates or similar.
I had a 6cyl that was upgraded to a V8, so I had to go down the upgrade route.
I installed disc brakes in the front www.discbrakeswap offers such kits. With those spindles in the kit you'll have 11" rotors and the 5 lugs you're looking for. For the rear axle the easiest way for you is probably pull a used 8" rear axle from the scrapyard or similar. as in the full thing (housing, diff, axles)

you dont want that, buy the www.discbrakeswap.com kit for the front and then buy a 8 or 9 inch for the reardo it right and do it once
I went the disc brake swap route. Using the link mentioned above is easier than going to the scrap yard to get the front right...trust me. I pulled parts from an old granada, then I had to have a machine shop fix one of the parts I pulled. After all that, I still ended up ordering some parts from the disc brake swap website. Retrospectively, I would either start with discbrakeswap.com, start with a V8 car, or buy a coil over kit.
The piece I'm still missing in my swap is a 5-lug spare. I may try to pick up a space saver spare from a local auto recycler.

I also did the Granada swap. I used the front spindles and hardware and also got the rear end from the same car including the drivesaft. The granada rear was a bolt in with the exception of the rear spring plates.
i checked around a it and it seems that it's easy to create 5 bot pattern to 5 bolt
pattern as you can have the holes offset, buit a 4-5 will always interfere which will ask for 2-piece design. That said if you want anything proper it might set you down 200$ front and the same rear. everyone seems to say as well that i tputs stress on the parts and might sheer ...
so it's either keep them 4 lug or if you need 5 bolts, then as before I recommend the discbrake swap for the front. WEill give you proper brakes and 5bolt at the same time.
for the rear i don't know but I'd say it should be easy to source a good 8" rear for a mustang ij the states
