Default Firewall replacement update

I've been working on the firewall on my '69 Firewall project.
The old firewall is out and I'm patching up the kick panels.
This is the only time I'll really be able to get in under the dash to clean off all the surface rust and get the whole thing painted up with POR-15.

Notice the front clip I'm building. All new parts. If I had my time back I'd buy the two sides of the front clip pre-assembled. The preassembled parts include the brackets and have the correct holes drilled. These other parts appear to be intended for patches. I have to do a lot of work to transfer the brackets and get them ready for use.

Wow, you are a brave one. Scary feeling to cut that much off a car. Totally worth it in the end though. Looks like it's coming along pretty good.
