if you are going to be doing a lot of work to it, id recommend spending the $40 and picking up a reprint of the factory service manual.

It has all the torque specs and anything else needed tow ork on the car

This waht my Haynes manual states

260, 289,302 is 15-20 ft lbs
351,,390,427,427 is 18-24
429 28-33

It does not say anything about the 200 cid but I think 15-20 is a good torque estimate

my manual doesn't have specs for a 200 but here is the ones for the 260, 289, 302.
15-20 ft lbs.
I would think the 200 would be the same if not lower

Specs for the Exhaust manifold torque settings for the 170,200 six is 13-18 ft-lbs.
