On my 67 I had to go with the performer intake due to clearance issues. I was wondering what you all are running on your car, and if you had any issues with clearance, I have a 351 which could also be part of the problem. Does anyone also have a cowl induction hood on their car, and if so can you post some pictures? Thanks guys.

I am running a 383W Dart block with Edelbrock Air Gap intake and a 750 Holley double pumper. I have a K&N XStream air cleaner and have about 1/4" of hood clearance with my '69 Mach 1 functional scoop. I had to trim the stock scoop screws so they would not rub on my air cleaner. It is tight, but it all works and does not hit under a load. I understand that air gaps will probably not work on 64-66s, but may work with a 67 or 68. I know it works on a 69 .
