Alternator, generator, voltage regulator

Cool Alternator, generator, voltage regulator

My 64 1/2 is changing, I got a new one wire alternator, I know this wire is going directly to the batery, but shold I make any other change in the voltage regulator?, change it, avoid it?

Pls help

You will not need the regulator with a 1-wire alternator. It is internaly regulated.
