Will a 1969 Mustang Power Steering Set Up fit on a 1967. if so will it be any fabrication work needed.

According to the NPD catalog, they show 67-70 as the same cylinder and most of the other parts. Put together a system using an online catalog and look for part number differences.

Yes it will.
There is a slight difference in the bend of the centerlink where the idler arm connects, but it is close enough to interchange.

If you have a 67 with the 1" sector shaft steering box, you will need to use a 65-66 V8 pitman arm. If you have the 1.125" sector box, then any 1968-1970 PS pitman arm will work.

The 67 came from the factory with a 1/4" pressure port on the control valve. If you use a 69 setup, it will have a 5/16" port. Use the 1968 pressure hose and it will hook up properly.
