Default Fiber Glass Shelby Tail Light Panel

how would i install one of these panels if it is fiber glass. do i have to cut out my old tail light panel and install it, or just put this one over with no cutting or welding.

It goes over your stock one but that one is cracked and has no gas cap hole in it.I'd save up and get a kit from http://www.mustangproject.com/ they have led ones which are nice.

the mustangproject lights are pricey but the installation looks really simple and you can always go back to stock.
