Silverblade I agree. That engine is amazing and the car is sex on wheels. The craftmanship is outstanding. MD58 you will definitely have a show winner there without a doubt.

I really would like to know where you got that engine. I'd love to put one of those in my 69 Fastback/sportroof someday.

Keep the pics coming, and love the car.

An Engine like that Can be purchased from Roush -- Fuel Injected with that webber style intake -- you can get it bored and stroked putting out around 500hp and around 500 ft lbs of torque. Price is around 23k with a two year warranty

Nice bleeping car!
I built the engine from multiple sources. I started with a Ford Racing 302 (345hp) and added the TWM induction, the Billet Specialties Front Runner Kit w/ AC and P/S, Accel DFI Gen 7 electronics. The final headers will be custom made at Rewarder Headers

Total cost all in doing the assembly and wiring myself was 11,500

The engine I built is identical to the Roush (same components and manufacturers) I know as I have been down the Roush road. The name is very expensive.

to be honest, we have gone through a lot of interviews over the years. But I find that the kids are anxious to work, and have a general knowledge of what to do. They can and will learn 99% of the time. I wouldn't hesitate at all if you were thinking of hiring one. besides, they got school loans to pay off most of the time........so they're hungry, LOL...

By the time I have enough money to do something like this, Mustangs will be a very elusive car

I hate this car...... because I don't own it. That is insanely awesome! Kuddos on the craftsmanship. I wish someday I can make something that looks half as good as that. Keep us updated.
