Default price for a 68 stang

in a estimate how much should i ask for my mustang that i am trying to sell....its a 1968 with a 289 in it c4 auto. non posi. aluminum wheels. body in decent shape no rust spots or dents. body is all primered grey. so it will need a paint job. engine has chrome dress up kit with accel wires and flow tech headers with cherry bombs exiting before the rear wheels. ineterior is decent needs orginal driver seat as the on in there now is from a 69. headliner needs to be installed but is brand new. will post up pics later this week
thanks!

Without photos showing the condition, it's tough to guess what it is worth.

But we really need some pics to give a good estimate.

I just gave 3000 and it was a steal in my opinion. The asking price was 5k. They sell for that in Texas all day long. This is for non restored rides that need work, have minor to moderate rust and no upgrade engines. The prices range well into the teens depending on Condition. lurk around craigslist and you will see what I mean.

Without pictures I would say $3000-$4000. It all depends on current condition of things like brakes, engine, how many miles on it since rebuild, suspension, bushings.

What body style is it? Coupes bring less than fastbacks.

i'd leave the 69 seats in it there high backs which are safer in a wreck.Unless its a rust bucket 3k or less is good starting point.
