Thanks UBY289...mine looks about the same now. I was successful in rerouting the hoses and got her started. She didn't want to start at first but eventually I got her going. But let me tell you...getting that darn heater core out wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. The heater box was just about rotten and full of leaves/pine needles. Needless to say, I'm gonna be purchasing a new one.

Groho is right, the fiberglass is brittle, be careful.
