Default Power Windows

What type of power windows would you install.. Electric Life or Spal/Universal? Take finances into account as I'd like to know if you'd really dish out the extra money or not for the ELs. I know there are other like 'Universal' kits that can be had for as little as 25.00. I'm unaware of any other manufacture who make a 'power regulator' for our classics and I'm sure the EL is the same thats being sold by the parts houses.

If anyone has installed either of these please share your experience along with pros and cons. If you know of another manufacturer besides EL for the power regulator also share.

Link to A1 Electric Automotive Accessories.

Electric Life Power Windows (from 300.00 to 450.00 with switches)
Completely replaces the existing
manual regulator.
Costs quite a bit more
Would guess they would be quieter
Specific for year and model
Stronger?

or

Spal "Universal" Power Windows (about 140.00 give or take)
Attaches to the existing window crank/regulators
Costs quite a bit less
Possibly louder due to their mounting
Universal install
Weaker?

Thanks!
