Life is short and the older we get the more loved ones we loose, in the last 20 years i have lost 10 family members and just yesterday a close friend of the family.

I lost my mom to cancer almost 20 years ago just seemed like she got tired of fighting.
this is what happened with my grandpa. he had colon cancer and did the surgeries took the kemo etc etc. after spending so much time at the hospital and only being a little better he said F-it (in my opinion) and went out and had fun. my brother was living with him in colorado just outside vail as he was working at vail driving a snow cat. brother had a snowmobile so gramps went out and bought one to ride with and then picked up 2 4wheelers that summer to play with as well.

then he sold off some stuff and moved back to iowa o be with the family and got everything the way he wanted it, enjoyed it for a bit and then passed.
