What is the best way to apply it...spray or brush?

 

Brush it for sure. That stuff is nasty, you don't want to use your spray equipment for that. Brush it and throw the brush away when finished.

 

Go to the pharmacy and buy a box of surgical gloves for a few bucks. If you get this on your skin it's impossible to get off. I used some cheap disposable brushes and just tossed them in the trash. Also, believe what the can says about dipping some out into a smaller container. If you get any on the lip of the can and then put the lid back on, it will seal the lid to can...like forever! This stuff is like glue. Great stuff, though!
