Default Replacing my headlights

I'm looking into replacing my stock headlights for my 69. Electrical is one of my weakest points.

What do you guys think about these, an easy install?

Kaiser,

For the record, just want you to know I think your car is probably the best looking mustang I have seen. Wow.

Hey thanks! That means alot to me cause there's alot of beauties on this site. I plan on buying a second hood and mounting a 429 hood scoop on it. Might look good....

+1 MOAR PICS NOW!

I like your rims too, what are they? Cragar's?

oh and EDIT, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread too, i want to redo my lighting system as well. I believe there is a way to rig up relays to make them brighter, then combined with halogen's or HID's they will be nice and bright.

I found this for 1969's, I would definitely get this if the headlights didn't say DELTA on them in black, wish they had an after picture showing how bright they are, but I'm sure they're great considering they're halogen and have some relays.

edit I believe here is the kit that was used in the article, but doesn't look like it has black text on the lights which is good! haha kind of a steep price though...

double edit: i talked to my friend about this kit who has done lighting on his bmw and said these are some nice lights, very similar to Hella brand ones. He told me that kit is worth the price, and when you think about it, anything lighting related is worth it for safety reasons. I'm going to buy this kit when I get more money, or I'm going to ask for it for christmas!

The link 4reboy posted are nice head lights. The one you posted are kinda cheaply made and will suck and you need a wiring harness with it.

I do know electrical stuff,,,unless you're planning on upgrading the 40 year old wiring, I would stick with the standard bulbs. If they have been in there a long while, some new bulbs should be brighter.
You would be ok with the same watt rating as origional, if you do upgrade.

Ahhh thanks. I was wondering if my wiring needed to upgraded. I bought a complete wiring harness from the firewall out from CJpony awhile ago. Havent installed it yet, but I'm willing to bet the wiring is for the original bulbs.

Few pics as requested...
