Yes, it will bolt on and if in good condition the engine will run. It may not be the correct calibration, but bolt it on and give it a shot. If in good condition, it will probably come out better than you think.
If it DOES need a few changes, however, I'm not sure where you can get jets and such. In this day of the internet, you might google Autolite jets or something and find someone who has any part you want.
