Default Weight-Saving Upgrades

Alright, i have a 69 mustang coupe with a 351w and fmx tranny.
Out of curiosity, about how much lighter will the car be if the following changes are done:
manifolds-headers
iron heads-aluminum heads
iron/steel accessories-aluminum accessories (such as water pump, new alternator, air cleaner assembly, power steering pump, etcetera)
stock suspension-Global West Negative Roll System front coilover conversion
stock interior-racing seats, steering wheel, gauges/gauge cluster, rear seat delete.
stock front end components-fibreglass hood, fenders, and other front fascia pieces (NOT fibreglass bumpers)
stock steering- rack and pinion steering
4 wheel drum brakes-4 wheel disk brakes from SSBC
stock driveshaft-aluminum driveshaft
FMX-built t5 transmission
stock wheels-aftermarket wheels (undecided on which ones)

I was thinking at least a couple hundred pounds (between 200 and 400lbs), would that be a good prediction?

The biggest gains will be from iron to aluminum parts and the T5 conversion. The T5 alone will shave off at least 100lbs, the FMX (nearly 200lbs) is a beast compared to the 75lbs T5. I'd say you'll drop 250lbs minimum.

Depends on what aftermarket wheel. I have something like 90-93 OEM mustang rims and they weigh more than my originals did.

if you got money

steeda makes forged "ultralite" five spokes. in the 94-01 back spacing.

this will cut down wieght, but more importantly cut down significantly on rotating mass. which is a very overlooked part of performance

Any other ideas? So 200-400lbs lost would be pretty accurate overall?
