Kinda way off topic but my clutch pressure plate was stamped "Made in China" in big words. I kept a towel over it and put it in the car asap before anyone coming by the house saw it. Also off topic but....

....Starfury, I want to see some pictures of you car!??!

I agree with Urban Cowboy, you do have to 'man up' to drive. Try sitting in line to get onto FT Bragg on a daily basis having to move up a few inches etc for about 20 minutes. By the time I get to my Company to take them out for a run my left calf has already had it.

I sympathize with the dead leg. My car was like that before I swapped to a diaphragm clutch and removed the under-dash spring.

My car isn't anything great to look at. Just a white '67fb, but here ya go...

Awesome!

Oh and go with Ron Morris engine mounts. There was an old thread here a year or so back about how the frame mounts are for a big block (390) and the engine mounts were only made for the 289's that year and they are next to impossible to find.

Yeah, I'm usually the one to point out the engine mount issue Took me a week to figure that out. Those pics are several years old. I ended up buying '68 frame mounts so I can use the common engine mounts. I may switch to Ron Morris mounts next time around (which will likely be in another year or so), because I always have trouble with the crappy repro mounts that Anchor makes. They never seem to fit right.
