in hooking up the back up lights on a 65 mustang the wire coming from the rear harness hooks up to the black and red wire coming from the switch on the tranny and after hooking up the other wire from to the switch to ground I am getting no power at all to the lights with the switch in or out . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

 

If you have reproductions try switching the wires and making them what would appear to be wired backwards....mine were wired backwards out of the box.

Other than that check your switches..light switch, neutral safety switch, etc, etc.
