That one seems weird... like it can sense who you are, haha

The one I was looking for just has a chip you can take out as an engine kill. Thanks though. Well, I guess im going with a trunk monkey too.

My buddy's starter and pump kill switch is made by Revelco http://www.ravelco.com/.

My buddy had his Z71 Tahoe stolen and abandoned in a South Texas Mesquite field after a police chase. The truck is not worth much, but has a great deal of sentimental value to him. After much research, he installed the Revelco because he did not need to defend against stereo, wheel, or typical parts theft.

I like the idea of a plug that can be somewhat hidden under the dash and not having to deal with a typical alarm on a classic. I have an alarm on my F250 to help defend against stereo theft, but don't really need that on my Mustang. I just want to make sure it is still there when I get done eating lunch.

I just thought of a cheap way to make one like Urban posted. Might look a little strange, but hey, it's fun.

Take an old extension cord, cut one end 2-3 feet from the end, depending upon where you want to mount it. Wire this inline of the ignition switch, just cut the starter wire and take the two ends of the extension piece you just cut and connect to the starter wire you just cut in have; no you have added a "switch" to the circuit. Take the other end of the extension cord that you cut earlier, cut the cord 1" or so from the connector and solder the two lines two each other; you now of the "key" to let the car be able to start.

Mount this is you glove box, or under the dash. When you want to start the car, plug the "key" into the "switch" you made earlier and BAM, only now car your car start.

They don't really tell you this in the video, but the trunk monkey took off with the dude's car and has not been seen since.

I like the idea of the cigarette lighter kill switch.
