Hey-

I'm ready to install the fog lights on my 68 convertible and it appears the grill will need to be cut in order for the housing to "seat" into the bracket. Is this correct?? Does anyone have any experience in installing these???

Also, can these be spliced into the headlights somehow so I can just use the headlight switch to turn all the lights on.

I'm not sure about the cutting part, but I would add a separate switch for the fogs. But that would probably require a separate circuit and fuse (to do it properly), so you may not have a spot on your fuse block. You can always jump a power source from an existing circuit too, but that is what you should be getting away from. You can have all the lights come together, but I would want the control for them not to.
