Interesting. Mine was running stupid with strange stumbles that I could not tune out, but the Xtream lid really cleaned up my AFR through the throttle curve. I now am working on a slight lean condition at times, I think because it will flow massive air without a bunch of turbulence.

reminds me of my old days. in a 1974 Opel I attached a hose to the snorkel of aircleaner and had thgat running to the grille. Shoved tights from former girlfriend around it as extra filter and that was my RAM. happy days. didn't really work but it's the same idea. how can I shove more air into that carb :-)
