Who has the molded door panels? I've seen them in ABS and leather with aluminum inserts.

 

I have them for my 66 fastback. They are vinyl covered ABS. In fact, I bought this entire interior set:

I was lucky in that I bid $800 and there were no other bidders. Since then they have only had buy it now. I also got the rear panel with molded in speaker boxes for 6x9 speakers. The quality is outstanding.
