Not to my knowledge. It'd be pretty cool for a show/street car, but I imagine that a modern intake would still work better for a performance application.

They are still in business in NC and they will build you an original series continuation GT40 for about $400k if you have that much pocket change!

Holman Moody were THE ones for Ford Nascar engines back in the day......60's and 70's. I have a buddy that worked for them in the 70's.
