Are you stuck on red for the exterior simply because you have a red interior? Or you do REALLY want a red car? I just ask cause Black, White, or (especially) Silver could easily look sharp with the red interior. There are a plethora of nice silvers out there, from the Mustang line and elsewhere that you might consider.

Figured out my final color.

I am going to get stock candy apple red and have them add pearl to the clearcoat. Should look nice I think.

What color pearl should I use? I was thinking silver or a red.

Kotobuki is right. There are other colors that go with the red interior. You may think this is funny, but go to the Tirerack web-site and you can put in your model Mustang and see it in different colors so you can get a rough idea:
