breaker plate question

breaker plate question

was removing and cleaning up my breaker plate when 2 little pins dropped out of it. they are really small and have a flat top, i lost one of them, are they important?

if your are talking about the breaker plate in the distributor, those pins sound like they are the points, and yeah they are important....
but you may be talking about something else completely

they're not the points, they're just little things that fit in small holes on the breaker plate, they have flat heads
