Default gauges dont work....go figure

ok so pretty much my only gauges that do work are the speedometer gauge and gas gauge. luckily the only two i really need. but even when the tank is full the gas gauge read 3/4 full. how do i fix the gas gauge and is there any trick to fixing the other gauges or finding out why they dont work? anything to check for?

Have you taken the guage cluster out and looked at it? maybe the wires have come loose.
Maybe the CVU is not working properly. Maybe the ground is corroded.

Take the dash out and start looking for the obvious. Then shout back.

If the fuel gauge is fine then the ICVR is fine.

Your problem is between the gauges and SU.

with the key on Take the wire from the oiul/temp sending unit and ground it out to the frame.
The Gauge should pin to the full side

Then check for 5 volts pulsing power to the S/U's with a test light.

It should flash like this.
