Default Got back to Texas

I got back home to Texas after 10 months on Terceira island and dug my Mustangs out of storage in the barn. I changed the radiator fluid in Old Yeller today, and used the Water Wetter stuff, and man it runs 1/3 cooler. I drove it about 15 miles at 70 MPH, and the gauge never got passed 1/4 hot. And, that was driving in 100 degree temp with the air con on. That's some good stuff. Here is a pic my better half took just now. She is definitely not a photographer.

Welcome Home!!!!!

What takes you to Terceira?

No matter how hot or how cold, it's good to be back in the states!!!

Glad to hear the "wetting" agent is working for you. Have you had a chance to wet your whistle with a little Lone Star?

Thanks, Bob. I left 55 degree weather to get dumped into 100 degree heat. My butt is still dragging trying to get over jet lag and adjusting to the heat too.

They look good. I like those wheels on your mach 1. I'll trade you for a set of 65 steel style rims.

Those came stock with the 03 Mach 1's. No thanks with the trade. They are probably too big for your car anyway.

Suddenly I'm feeling much better about my little trips of one or two weeks. Glad you made it home safe and sound.

I'm going to be in Texas a couple of times over the next 3 months. I'll let you know where I'm going to be. Love to meet up and buy you a beer, or what ever you favorite flavor happens to be.
