how difficult would it be to fit this to my '67 with 4 wheel drums?

also has a chrome dual master cylinder to match

Like the ad says, these are universal fit units. Go to Tuffstuffperformance.com and read up on these parts.

Are they a direct bolt in?...no.
Can they be used? Yes, I believe they can with some work. You'll need to come up with a method to mount the booster. This could be done with a spacer plate, similar to wheel spacers that change bolt patters from one size to another.
