Just call it the Summit. Nobody but old guys like me call the Edelbrock an AFB anymore.

I thought Carters used slightly different metering rods, with more of a conical shape than the stepped shape that Edelbrocks use.

even though i was sorta looking for a used one and none have hit the market yet....

i got a edelbrock rpm gap intake with 600cfm performance series carb...love it...put it on and its ready to go for the most part....i have dynoed yet but i think i gained 40-60 hp from it at least it seems w/e u want though hollys are easier to tune but edelbrock is good out of the box

the summit 600 cfm (holley 4010 revised) is a good deal and very much like an autolite 4100, othewise I recommend a road demon 525 annular (flows 600 cfm)
