ok, i think ive decided to just hold out to find a correct 9 inch, or possibly just pick up an 8.8 if i can find one cheap enough, from what i understand the 8.8 is significantly stronger than an 8 inch and just shy of the being comparable in strength to the 9 inch, all i would have to do is weld on new spring perches and change axles to 5 lug, which i would want to upgrade to strong shafts anyways, seems like a viable option to me, what yall think
