Default I keep burning oil?

Ok so no oil is leaking at all

I am due for an oil change but I noticed that I am burning oil

I checked my oil and it read add a couple of weeks ago and now I just checked it again and its back to add.

I've been running really rich for the past month and my plugs are fouled

What can be burning oil is this going to be alot of money to fix? The engine was rebuilt less than 2 years ago and has less than 10,000 miles since then so I don't think any gaskets can be already done can they?

Right now there is royal purple 10w-30 in there with a K&N filter which I was not impressed by either of these products

My calibration kit is coming tuesday so I'm going to work on my carb and lean it out next week and change my oil tonight when I get home from work.

Just wondering How I could test where my oil is disappearing too?

P.S. I don't see any white smoke coming from anywhere but I definitely don't have oil leaking fromt he pan

Well, Royal Purple is crap and I wouldn't use it first of all. Second, check the back side of the valve covers, it can leak there and run down around the bellhousing and under the trans. Also, if you run really rich you'll use oil, since the fuel will wash the oil off the cylinder walls and it'll get burned up, not to mention that's really hard on the rings.
