how rare

Default how rare

i just picked up a 1964 musang off the side of the road for 100$. it is red but the factroy color is white. it has a blue top engine with a 260 in it.

Not very rare at all. But not bad for $100! You could turn around and sell the hood alone for 3 or 4 times that.

what about the hubcaps i have they are a spinner type. and what makes these cars rare

It isnt a rare mustang. But a very nice project car if you into that sort of thing.

It isn't rare, and there are no rare 64's as such. If it is a rust bucket, and needs a new engine and all other sorts of things to be done to it, then it is probably only worth about 100 bux. Like has been said, it is probably worth more as a parts car than a project. Spinner hub caps can be had for a dime a dozen.

Having less than half a million of them made!

To be honest - early Mustangs simply aren't a rare car.
Some are more desirable than others, but even most of those wouldn't be consdered rare.
