Default Electronic Ignition Question/Help

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...8062&viewitem=

i just order this kit for my 440 (i know its not a ford but hey its is a classic) and can not seem to figure out how to hook it up. I see a red & black wire off the distrubutor and a positive and negative on the coil, and also have the hotwire coming from the ignition itself. can you tell me what goes to what. i am confused.

Give them a call. Their number is (909)605-1123. The ONLY guy that knows anything and will help is a guy named Baldur. I have the 7K series with 3 wires and Pro Comp sells to mostly dealers that sell them under their names so with their companies instructions in them. Baldur will email you the instructions and anything you need. Good luck.

That sounds right to me. You need power to the coil...then you just hook the dist across it. the neg being the switch. (pretty much like a pertronix)
