Default Brake hose fitting adapter

I've started my front disc swap, but I've run into a problem. The original hoses on the calipers are 7/16, but the new hoses I have are 3/8. I've search around for adapters, but I keep getting -AN to SAE adapters. I've got no clue about -AN fittings. All I need are simple adapters to fit the 3/8 hoses to the 7/16 calipers.

Does anyone know where I can get a set of 3/8 to 7/16 fittings? Is there a specific site, manufacturer, and part numbers? I would hate not to be able to use the new hoses, because they are braided stainless steel with a clear silicone jacket.

Are you sure the new hoses aren't -AN fittings? You can get -An adapters at Summit, and possibly standard thread adapters as well. Otherwise you could try an auto parts store like Napa. The best place for stuff like that are race chassis places. I just get all my brake stuff at Victory Circle in Bakersfield, so you might want to look near you for something like that.
