Default Unknown Part...

I have this part that I wrote the location on it with a marker when I first disassembled the vehicle and I accidently repainted it before I checked what it was. I have a feeling it is kind of important but I honestly have no idea what it is. Looks like something is mounted on it because of the rubber around the bolt areas. Any help would be awesome!!

haha I knew you would know what it is. No they are not the car is not working yet lol. Dropped in the engine and finally got it properly mounted the other day. Put the carb on today after a rebuild/cleaning.
Does it go into my Cowl or somewhere in the engine compartment?

Yep. Make sure you have all the rubber insulators, etc. Most of this stuff is available new, now, even that bracket.
