Default Shocks

What shocks would you recommend for a 1967 Mustang?

Depends. What kind of driving do you do? What have you done to the suspension? What kind of ride quality are you looking for?

I'm partial to the Kayaba Gas-A-Just, but if your wife likes a smoother ride go with their GR-2.

I have the KYB gas adjust on mine. I like them. They perform good and are a decent price. I agree with 2+2 though, if you want a smoother ride then the GR2 would be better as far as being softer.

There are some other shocks that might be better but would cost significanly more.

Why are the Gas adjust more expensive then the GR2? Are they better?

kyb g!as adjusts are stiff, if you are on a budget gas adjusts on the front, gr2's on the rear, if you want the best handling/ride but costs alot now a days, KONIS!

Edelbrock's Performer IAS shocks. They are a bit pricey but a very nice shock. A few people here have and like them.
