Unhappy 65-66 Spindles

Does anyone know if the 67-68 front spindles are different than the ones on a 65-66?

I just replace the driver's side spindle on my 65 Coupe with a 67 spindle and the wheel sticks out about a half inch more than the passenger side. Everyone I talk with says there shouldn't be a difference but with this much of a difference now I'm beginning to think that there is a difference.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help.

I believe the spindle for 65-66 is different than 67-68. So, I would suggest getting a 65-66 spindle.

Thank you all for the information. I guess I'm going to look for a 65-66 right front spindle to replace the 67 that is in place now.

Does anyone have one for sale, or do you have a good source for one? I've checked with my local source and he doesn't have one.

Thanks again.

Try Glazier's. If they don't have a bunch of them, they can find it quickly.
