well the t5 is a 5 speed with overdrive. the t10 is a 4 speed. apparently had pretty cruddy gear ratios :/ not sure how true that is though

well the toploader 4 speed was the transmission that hooked up to the 351 and anything bigger, other then the c6 auto. so the toploader can handle a 351 but im not sure how much horsepower it could handle above the 290 the 351 puts out. probably no more then 350

your going to need to get a tko 6 speed or a t 56 because the t5 will explode on you unless you spend abunch of money building it to hold the power

a toploader will hold up to much more than 350hp... plus its the torque that destroys trannies for the most part. but for the build it seems like your doing you will not kill a toploader provided there is not something wrong with it

Dad denied the 351W Said he wanted to buy something local...

Still trying to find a engine, but I might just get my grandfathers T5 or get some new dished pistons for the 200.

i wouldnt spend the money on the 200 if you want to a buy a v8, your going to need all the money you can get to do the swap
