I just traded a friend some stuff(about 1150.00 worth of stuff) and 350.00 for a 1967 all numbers matching mustang. It has a 3 speed on the floor. I am in a wheelchair so I need to put an automatic in it. So question one is will I need to modify anthing to put an automatic in or does it bolt up the same and does the shifter come out of the same hole from the floor. Also it is turquoise frost colored which I'm not the biggest fan of. Will it hurt the value if I paint it another color of the same year. Thanks for the help.
