Default Best Valvetrain

New to BBFs, who makes the best (quality/performance price is not an issue) valves, springs, solid lifters, and rockers?

Crower and Jesel will serve you well with quality and performance...as long as price isn't an issue. My lifters, rockers, and cam from Crower have a market price of right around $1500. Isky makes some good lifters as well...

Jesel and Crower both make excellent parts. Jesel probably makes better valvetrain components, but the cost is what most would consider outrageous. Pretty much a set of anything from them is 4 figure cost.

Either one though will provide the highest quality stuff.

Beggin your pardon, AND no offense to the better engine guys here, but if I were looking at buying the "Best valvetrain parts", (and therefore assuming that there must be a really good (expensive) engine being built to receive these parts), I THINK I might be looking for "more specific" and more detailed help than I could get on this forum, or most any forum for that matter.

If I were you, I think I would buy some really books on the "BBF" and learn them from front to back. (Is your BBF an FE engine or a 385 series? both are considered "Big Blocks" by some folks, but they are ENTIRELY different engines)

There are VERY FEW street engines deserving (or even remotely needing) the best valve train money can buy.

(A giant $100,000 crystal chandelier in a mobile home might make sense to some folks but.... )

Haha, you mean you see a problem with your valvetrain costing more than the whole rest of the engine combined?
