I did not have it painted it was done when I got it but there is quite a bit of metal flake in it. Which I thought the vintage burgandy had anyway. I have not seen another one anywhere close to this color so have nothing to compare to. But the color is what sold me on the car despite the other things that need refreshed like suspension and a need for a beefier power train. Around here vintage mustangs are few a far between even in car shows I will have the only coupe and there are 10-15 fastbacks.

Really, you have the only coupe. I would have thought it to be the other way around.

The color would have probalby sold me on the car too.
